I'm a facilitator, coach, and teacher with two decades of nonprofit experience under my belt. People tell me I have a knack for helping disparate groups reach fruitful and logical decisions - something I do by listening for the possibilities and playing to people's strengths. My true passion is helping good people do great work.

I received my training as a coach at Coach U, which is accredited by the International Coach Federation, and I subscribe to the ICF code of ethics.

I live on Chicago's north side with my husband and son. I enjoy making jam and playing the ukulele, though generally not at the same time.
